Active Real Estate License in good standing with the State of Florida
Strong phone & appointment setting skills
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Proficiency with client management software platforms
Expertise in social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Google +
Self-motivated, self-starter with a closer’s mentality
Spanish and/ or Portuguese speakers a plus!
Contacting Brokerage generated real estate leads in an expeditious and professional manner.
Setting listing, buyer and property management appointments from provided leads for the Brokerage and its agents.
Must set a minimum of 5 qualified (qualified is defined as an interested prospect that has confirmed in writing date, time and location of appointment) appointments per week.
Accurately enter, update, cultivate and follow up on all leads within the Brokerage client management software platform.
Manage transactions successfully from contract to close.
Effectively manage all relationships and parties involved in completing a successful transaction
Ability to exceed expectations.
The primary goal for the ISA is to set qualified appointments from the leads provided by Brokerage and drive revenue opportunities for the Brokerage. Compensation includes flat fee and commission based earnings opportunities as well performance based bonuses.
