Congress, get moving! Please don't stall the market now that is finally getting momentum. Not extending this relief will not only impact the market, it will impact the communities where underwater sellers have no option but to just "let the house go". No incentive to sell the property will cause a negative impact on the home owners, the properties and the communities.
