Curtis Swanson has been in the mortgage business since 2003. He started with PMC Lending and was promoted within 6 months to Sr. Loan Officer, followed by a promotion to manager only a few months later. His devotion to communication of every aspect of the loan process and relationship building with not only his clients, but everyone involved with the process led to his team consistently achieving the highest sales numbers in the company.
He was approached by Mike Manieri of Equity Prime Mortgage in 2012 to join their team. He gladly accepted the offer as Equity Prime Mortgage shares his ideals of “Communicate, Educate, Deliver”.
EPM’s success is largely due to the hundreds of established relationships they have built in the community, many of them Realtors and Builders. They depend on EPM’s highly educated Loan Originators and Processing team to Communicate effectively with all parties, Educate the clients and Deliver on-time closings. This creates an over-the-top experience for the borrower and only enhances the great relationship the Realtor or Builder have already built.
